An ordinance to provide for the cancellation of
and re - issue of outstanding warrants of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas .
. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas :

Section . I . That all outstanding awrrants or script issued by
r the City of Fayetteville prior to the Ioth day of April I909 ,

be and hereby is called in for the purpose of examination ,
cancellation and re - issue as provided in Sections 5508 to 5542
inclusive of 'A'irbys :gest .
Section 2 . That all such outstanding Warrantsor Script shall be
presented to the City Council on the 26th day of August , I9o9
or such Warrants or Script may be filed with the City CYerk prior
to that date in which case the City Clerk shall receipt for the
same and shall present all Warrants or Script so filed , to the
City Council on the said 26th day of August. I909 for cancellation
reeissue .
Section 3 . That all outstanding warrants or script issued by the
City prior to the loth day of April I909 , which are not presented
to the City Council on the said 26th day of August 5909 , shall tta
thereafter be null and void , and the holder thereof shall be
forever barred from deriving any benefit from their claims .

26th day of August I900 submit to the City Council Proof of Such
Postingand publication .
