BE IT ORDAINED By the City Council of the City of Fayetteville ,

W � DSec . l That the oviner or occupant of all lots or narcels of land in
� the City of Fayetteville , or in case the ovmer is nen-resident and
the premises are not occupied; the agent having eh4rge of such prcp-
erty be and and he )or they are hereby required to have all weeds grow-
ing upon such lots out from time to time as often as may be necessary
to prevent such g .romth from being a menace to thepublic health of the

after notice from the Chief of Police shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor
v and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not exceeding Twenty.
