BE IT ORDAINED Py the City Council of Fayetteville , Arkansas . ararar
Sec . . l . The streets shown on a plat of Mont Nord accompanying
a petition presented to the Council and . tendered as public
streets of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , are hereby
accepted and the same are hereby declared to be Public Streets
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , known and designated

Sec . 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and diredted to have
said plat recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
