BE IT ORDAI ,ED by the Council of the ' City. of
Fayetteville ;
Sec . 1- It shall be unlawful for any firm , person or cor -
poration owning or havinE- control of any chickens ,
turkeys or other fowls to allow the same to run at large
i� within thu City , of Iayel4eville , Krkansas ,
O, Soc , 2- Whosoever shall violate Section 1 , of this Ordinance
�4yti shall , upon conviction thereof , be fined in any sum not less
than One Dollar , nor :-iore than Fivc Dollars for each
ofienso .
Sec . 3 . - That this ordinance be in force and effective from
