out - standing warrants of the City of hayetteville , Arkansas .
Be it ordained by the City council of the City of
Pafetteville , Arkansas .
Section 1 . That all out - : standing warrants or script
issued by the Citi- of l+ ayetteville , prior to the 1st day of
Jan . 1907 , ar•e hereby called in for the purpose of examination ,
cancellation reissue .
Section 2 . All outstanding warrants or script shall
be presented to t: e City Clerk of said City whose duty it shall
be to rcceiot for the same and submit thea to ' he ' council on
or boforo th :; 14th day of April , 1907 , for inspection , cancellation ,
and . rdissue .
Section 3 , All warrants not presented to the Clerk on
or before the 14th day of April , 1907 , shall be null and void .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passaEe and publication .
