of Fayetteville to transfer by warranty deed to the United States

property and designating its use .
Re it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fay-
etteville Arkans -La
Section 1 . That full power and ulthority be and the
same is her ^by granted ind given to 0 . A . '•Illlhol ) incl as Havor of
the City of Fayetteville, to convey to the United States cf America
and its assigns , on behalf of said Cty by a good and sufficient
deed , duly executed , all the right , title, claim anal ir_terest of said
City in and to the following described lands within the corporate
limits of said City , to wit : -
A part of block number 27 as shown by the original pl :lt of
the town of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and more particularly described
as follovr.s : - Beginning at a point which is thirty two feet and three
inches crest and thirty two feet and three inches south from the
north east corner of said block, numbered twenty seven , running thence
hest 150 feet to a point thirty tv:o feet and three inches east fror.
the west boundry of said block ; thence south 150 feat to a point
thirty taro feet and three inches north of the south boundry of said
block ; thence east 150 feet to a point thirty two feet and three
inches ;vest from the east boundry of said 'block ; thence north 150
feet to the place of beginning .
Section 2 . That the clerk of said City is hereby author-
ized and directed to attest said deed of conveyance when so made anal
executed with his official signature and with the seal. of said City
of Fayetteville .
Section") . That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from : nd after its, passage -ind publication .
