An ordinance to prohibit the nailing, tacking or posting of signs ,
bills or posters on eloctric `light ; telephone av telegraph poles within
the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,

Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas ,
Rection 1 , That it shall be unlawful for any person to nail ,
tack or paste , any sigh, bill or posters on any electric light , telephone
- jjP or telegraph poles within the corporate limits mf the City- of Fayetteville
u! Arkansas .
Section 2 , That any person violating the porvision of this

ordianance shall be doomed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon' conviction
c
thereof shah be fined in any sum not less than One nor more than Ton
Dollars for each offense .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from after its passage and publication .
