Be it ordained by the council of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
q � Section 1 . 'Tmt��r it shall be unlawful to build or
� V Ul�d�maintain any fence composed wholly or in part of Barbed wire paralleling

`y- the aids-walks along any of the public streets of the City of Fayrtteville .
Section 2 . Any person violating the provisions of Section. l of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thero-
�j/d` of shall be fined in any sum not less than one and not more than ton dollars
for each offense and each day that such person shall maintain such

fence after noticudge duly served , to remove the same shall be seemed
s separate offense .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in force and effect (30)
days from and after its passage and publication .
