Section 1 . That hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to ride any bicycle , velocipede or coasting wagon or other vehicle of whatever kind or description where the same is used for purposes of recreation or amusement on the side walks within the corporate limits of the City . Section 2 . That any person or persons violating this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of • a ;misdemeanor , and upon conviction in the police court , shall be fined in any sum nqt less than one dollar nor more than ten dollars .
