Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of

Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
Sectional . That any person who shall use rude , boisterous ,
offensive , obscene or blasphemous language in any . public place ,

� i or make , aid , countenance or assist in making any improper noise
disturbance breach of peace or diversion , or conduct ones self
in a disorderly manner in any puhlic place or in any other place ,
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction there -
of bvfor� th . police iudL.; of said City shall be fined in any sum
of less than five nore more than twenty - five dollars .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and publication .
