Be it ordained by the City council oi' the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas . �X Com-tj r0ot/twk*�
Section 1 . That it shall be unlawful for any person/\ 14
� or guaIDdians , to sell or give away cigaretts� or cigarett caper to ,
any minor under the age of twenty - one years , within the corporate
li.nits of theCity of Fayetteville ,
Section 2 . Any person violating section 1 of this
ordinance , shall , upon conviction thereof , be fined for each
offense the sum of ten dollars ,
Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in force from and after
its passage and publication .
