AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT GAMING WITH MINORS , WITHIN THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
Be it ordained by the City Council of theOCity of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas ,
Section 1 . That it shall be unlawful for any person of
lull age , to bet any money or other valuable thing, on any game
"m of hazard or skill or game of any other name or kind , with any
minor , within the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville .
Section 2 . Any person violating section 1 of this ordinance ,
shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not less
VCJ �Jthan fifty nor more than on hundred dollars .
Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in force from and after
its passage and publication .
