Section 1 . That an improvement district be and the same is here-
bv established to embrace the following described property , to wit : -
All that part of Washington Avenue , between and including the
width of Lafayette Avenue to Davidson Avenue , including the vidth
of Davidson Avenue , and All rea estate abutting on said street ,
th .tt is , 200 feet on the East side of said street and 210 :feet
on the West side of said street between said points , be , and the
same is hereby declared to be an jmr) rovement district . As amen-
ded by Ordinance No . 174 , approved May 16th , 1906 . !
Section 2 . That this district be and the ' same is designated and
nominated , " Improved district 2 of the city of Fayetteville
Arkansas .
Section 3 . That the object ar, l ;purpose of said improvement dis-
triet be for Macadtmizang the whole of the said Washington Avernie
described in section 1 of this or6inance .
Section 4 . That all ordinances and parts of ordinances conflicting
herewith be , and they are hereby repealed , and that this ordinance
take effect from and after its passage .
