AN ORDINAI' CE TO REQUIRE THE OWNERS OF ANIId?:LS ATTACHED TO VEHICLES
TO HITCH THE SAME WHEN LEFT IN THE STREETS OR PUBLIC FLACES OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville
Arkansas .
Section 1 . That it shall hereafter be unlawful for any person
or ^persons to leave standing any horse , horses or other animals
f ttached to any buggy , wagon , or other vehicle , in any of the
streets or alleys of the city , without having said horse , horses
or other animals securely hitched or fastened .
wvwSection 2 . That any person or persons who shall violate the
revisions of the foregoing section shall be deemed guilty of a
isdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not
exceeding five dollars .
Section 3 . That this ordinance take effect and be in force from
and after its passage .
