An ordinance regulating the shipping of intoxicating liquors into
the City of Fayetteville .
Be it ordained by the City council of the City of Fayetteville
Arkansas :—
Section 1 . That each and every n C . 0 . Be n package containing
liquors trhich may be shipped or imported into the City of Fayetteville ]
C • • � shall be by the shipper ,labeled, P ' Thir package contains intoxicating
liquorbp * and all shippers failing to so label said packages shall be
adeemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be
P,+M fined for each offense not less than ten dollars nor more than one
hundred dollars ,
Section 2 . That this ordinance take effect and be in force from
and after its passage .
Approved this 10th day of May, 1906 .
