AN ORDINANCE FOR TIN; PREVENTION OF THE BREAKING OF ANILiALS TO WORK !IT HARNESS

OR UNDER SADDLE UPON THE PUBLIC STRF• ETS .
Be it ordained by the city council of the city of Fayetteville Arkansas .
Sectional . That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons either for

himself orianother to break to work in harness or under saddle , any horse , horses
or other animals upon the public streets or highways of the city of Fayetteville .
Sections'. . That any person or persons violating the preceding section of this
ordinance shall upon conviction in the po= ice court of said city be fined in any
sum not to exceed five dollars .

Section 3 . That this ordinance take effect and be in force from and after
its passage .
May 10th , 1906 . Ordinance No . 168 .
