An Ordinance for the regulation of keeping hogs in the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas ,
Be it ordained by the Cite Council of the City of
Fayetteville ,. Arkansas .
Section 1 . That it shall be unlawful for any party ,
firm or corporation to keen or cause to be kept any hog of any
kind whatsoever in any pen or smaller erea than one half
acre , for each hog so kept .
Section 2 . Any party , firm or corporation who shall
oonfir. e a hog or hogs in ' any manner in the City of Fayetteville
Arkansas in violation of Section 1 shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum
not less than two dollars nor more than ten dollars and that
each day the hog or hogs are so kept in violation of
Section 1 , shall be considered a separate offense .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in ' force from
and after the first day of June , 1905 .
