OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas ,
Section 1 . It shall be unlawful for any person or persons
to in any manner use the buildings or grounds belonging to the pub-
lie schools in the city of Fayetteville as a plane of resort or recre -
ation without first having obtained permission in writing from the
president of the school board .
Section 2 . It shall be unlawful for any person toin any
manner deface or destroy any building or property belonging to the
- � publid schools of the City or to any church or to other benevolent
�. � institutions of the City .
Section 3 . It shall be unlawful for any person or persons
or for the agent or any person , firm, .lcorporation , club or association
to mark , paint , or paste on any side walk in the City of Fayetteville
L advertising matter or hand bill what so ever , s
y Section 4 . Any person guilty of violating any section of this
'q ordinance shall upon conviction be fined -.. not to exceed twenty five
ly dollars , together with all costs or arrest end prosecution .
Section 5 . A rdi nces a parts of ordinances in con -
flict with this ordinance e reby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full for from its p , sage and publication .
