HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 132 An ordinance entitled an ordinance to regulate the keeping of male animals for
breeding purposes vrithin the Corporate limits of Fayetteville Arkansas and to
license the same .
Be it ordained by the City council of the City of Fayetteville Arkansas .
Section' l , Tho oimers of all male animals that are kept for breeding
purposes when a fee is charged for the services of such animals shall ' be charged
and shall pay on animals license , as follows : —
Por each Stallion , the sum of , 10 . 00
For each Sack , the sum of , 10 . 00 11
For each Bull„ the sum of , 5 . 00
For each Boar the sum of , 2 .00
Section 2 . The license mentioned in section 1 of this ordinance shall
be issued and collected as all other license due this City .
Section 3 . Any person keeping any of the aniTals montioned in section
of this ordinance for the purpose therein mentioned without first procuring
such license shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this ordinance and shall
upon conviction be fined in any sum not to exceed $25 . 00 and each day shall. con—
stitute a separate offense .
Section 4 , That all ordinancee and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance , be and the same are hereby repealed and this. ordinance shall
be in effect from and after its passage and publication .
