Re it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayette-
ville Arkansas ,
w / Section 1 . That hereafter it shall be unlirrful for any person.
� 4 firm or company , engaged in business in said City_ to obstruct the
sidewalks thereof by placing thereon any article of MProhandise of
any description for stle or advertisement , so that such article of
merchandise will in any manner obstruct the passage along nUd si4e-
