east from the north Trost corner of the south west quarter of section 15 in
township 16 , range thirty west in the City of Fayetteville , in Washington
county Arkansas .
Be it ordained by the City council of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas .
Section 1 . That that part of a certain alley beginning at the north
west corner of the south wast quarter of section number ( 15) fifteen , in township
number ( 16 ) si�(teen , north of ranLe number ( 30) thirty west , and running thence
east 240 feet , thence south , 13 feet , thence west 240 feet , thence north 13 feet
to the beginning be and the same is hereby vacated by the city of Fayetteville
and its use as a public highway by said City forever abandoned .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and publication .
