An ordinance to provide for the cancellation and reissue of
the ou�s`tanding warrants of tho City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
\\\\F3e it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Fayettevill Arkansas . .
Secti n 1 . That all outstanding warrants or script
issued by the Cit of' Fayetteville prior to the 11th day of April ,
1902 , ar ., herein call in for the purpose of examination ,
I
cancellation and reissue .
Section 2 . All out .anding warrants or script shall be
presented to the Recorder of the ' ty , whose duty it shall be to
receipt for the same . and submit the to the council on or before
the 15th day of September , 1902 for, in : ection , cancellation
and reissue .
Section 3 . All warrants not pr' es : ted to the Recorder
on or before the 15th_ day of September , 190 shall be null and void ,
Section 4 . This ordinance shall be in force - from and

after its passage and publication .
