An ordinance to accent as a public street , land heretofore conveyed to
the .City of Favetteville , Arkansas by R•. Futtman and wife .
Be it ordained by the City . Council of the City of Fayette.
ville , Arkansas .
Section 1 . That the stria of land hertofore conveyed to
said City by Reading Putman and wife on the 22nd dair of September 190
situated in the Se quarter of the S . V . quarter of section sixteen ,
township sixteen , range thirty and more particularly described in a
e
decd from 'said. Putman to said City , of record in book number 91 , page
201 of deed records in the recorders office of Washington County
Arkansas , be and the same is hereby declared a public street of said
City , the same to constitute an extension of Van Buren street therein ,
li and the conveyance of said strip of land for street purposes is
hereby accepted and confirmed .
Section 2 . That this ordinance take effect and be in
