AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE SAINT LOUIS AND SAN' FRANCISCO RAILROAD COM—
PANY TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN A SIDING OR SPUR TRACK ACROSS SPRING
STREET AND AL014G THE WEST SIDE OF GREGG STREET , AND TO USE A PORTION
OF GREEG STREET FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING PURPOSES .
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas ,
Section 1 . That the Saint Louis and San Francisco Railroad
Company be and it is hereby authorized and empowered to construct a

iding or spur track iron^a junction with its main track at a point
west of block 7, in the City of Fayetteville in a northerly direction
across the extension of Spring Street and along the west side of Gregg
Street , to the roar and of the store buildinglof J . H . Williams ,
And it is authorized to maintain and operate said switch or
spur track, and to use the portion of Gregg Street south of Dickson
street, adjoining and . contiSrous to said siding or spur track for load—
inc-, and unloading purposes .
Section 2 . Be it further ordained that this ordinance take
effect and :be in force from and after its passage and publication .
