Company the right of lay track across West street in the City of Fayette—
ville , Arkansas .
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville
Arkansas ,
Section 1 . That the Saint Louis and San Francisco Railway
Company be and the "same is hereby granted the right , privilege and au—
thority to lay, build and construct and maintain, a railroad track
and side track over and across .West Street within theCCity. of Fayette—
ville , Arkansas ; provided suid tracks shall be so constructed , built
and maintained as not to unnecessarily obstruct or impede the usual
travel on said street and provided further that said company shall at
its own expense , make all proper and suitable corssings on said street
and od and perform all necessary labor so as to make the grade of said
street proporly conform to the grade of said railway track and crossing,
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con—
flict with this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed and that
this ordinance take effect and be in force from and after its publication,
September 11th, 1899 . Ordinance No . 104 .
