Be it dtined by the City council of the City of Fayetteville
Arkans _ n .
Section I . at it shall be urliwful and is hereby declared
to be a misdemeanor fo any person , persons , agent , or employees
of any railroad come ;ny operate a train of cars within the City
of Fayetteville so that the ngine or any c -tr shall obstruct the
public crossing of any street , thoroughfare or sidewalk , of said
Oty where the same crosses the m: ' n track , or any switch or side
traoi: of said railroad company for a nerio . 1 of time greater than
five minutes .
Section 2 . Any person , person agents or employes of any

than five minutas , shall he fined in any sum not eas than ten
nor mora than twenty five dollars for each offense
Section 3 . That :►11 ordinances or hart: o ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance be and the same are her . b;r repealed .
