An ordinance laying off certain territory within the corporate
limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , into an improvement
district , designating the number and defining the boundaries thereof .
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville
Arkansas .
Section 1 . That the following lots , bldcks , streets , alleys
and parcels of real estate situated in the City of Fayetteville , Ark-
an§as be and the same are hereby laid off and declared to be an
improvement district within said City to witr-
Commemcing at the north west corner to section 15 , township

Section 2 . That said district shall hereafter be known and
designated as Improvement district number 1 of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas ,
Section 3 . That said district is laid off for the purpose of
improving College Avenue, within same , in such manner and to
the extent hereafter to be determined by the majority in value of
the owners of real property within such district .
Section 4. That all ordinances in conflict with this ordinance
be and the same are haroby ropoaled and this ordinance shall be in force and
effect from and after its publication ,
