An ordinance granting to the St . Louis and San Francisco railroad
rampany the right to lay all necessary tracks across Dickson Strout
in the City of Fayetteville Arkansas .
i Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville
Arkansas .
Section 1 . That the St . Louis and San Francisco Railroad
Company be and the same is hereby granted the right , privilege
and authority to lay, build , construct and maintain all necessary
railroad tracks and side tracks over and across Dickson Street
within the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , Provided ; that the adid
tracks shall be so constructed , built and maintained as not to
unnecessarily obstruct or impede the usual travel on said street
and provided further; that said company shall at its own expense
make all proper and suitable crossings on said street and do and
perform all necessary labor so as to make the grade of the said
street properly conformxo the grade of said railroad tracks .
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict with this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed and
that this ordinance, take effect and be in force from and after
its passage and publication .
