An ordinance to protect the equipment of the fire department
and punish damage to or destruction of the same .

4�. Be it ordained by the City council of the City of
ayetteville , Arkansas .
Section 1 . If, shall be unlawful for any person or persons to
in any way damage or carry away from the truclk house or from
any other place where the same is being used or kept any
aparatus belonging to or in charge of the fire department of he
City of Fayetteville ,
v ` Section 2 . It shall be also unlawful for any person or persons
to pass over , with any vehicle of any kind whatsoever, any hose
.Nrhen laid by the fire department across any streets , alleys or
�ots in the City of Fayetteville .
Section 3 . Any person or persons convicted for the violation
i of this ordinance shall be fined in any sum not more than twenty
five dollars .
This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
and after its publication ,
