An or3inanoe 'to prohibit persons from collecting in bodies and

Re it ordained by the Citv council of the City of Fayette-
ville , Ark: irsas .
Section 1 . That it shall be un1iwful for persons to
assemble or collect in bodies or crowds on the sidewalks or in the
streets or alleys of said City, to , the annoyance or disturbance of
citizens or travellers .
Section 2 . That all persons erne shall. collect in bodies
or crovrds on any sidewalk or on any street or alley of said City for
/� /i:aali :rElz1 purpose or for sny •�pur•poae to the annoyance or. disturbance
V 1V1� £ any citizens or tr-ivellers , shill. be severally fined for each
offense in anv sum not less thin one dollar or exceeding twenty
five dollars .
Section 3 . That all ordinances in conflict with this or.
dinanee are hereby repealed 'and this ordinance shall be in force
from -incl after its ptssage and publication .
