That all cattle sick with contagious or infectious disease Clt�yrA within the limits of said City of Fayetteville shall be placed erithin an in— CC closure of dimentions of not more than three 'hundred feet square by the owners of such cattle and there kept until dead or recovered before being removed from such inclosure . Section 2 . Any person violating this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not less than one dol ? ar nor more than p turonty five dollars . . Section 3 . All ordinances or parts of ordinances conflicting with this ordinance are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its passage and publication , September 9th , 1895 .
