Be it ordained by the City council of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
Section 1 , Nhercas ' . Rees avid C . A . Rees their
heirs , associates and ass3tns , shall have the re I0 to :lake all

and the operation said water works , �r tho talling of wator-
pipes and for ' . je; proper sizes of sc ice and for the shutting off
of water r , s or for waste or a:iy ong use of wat r therefore ,

vv to intcrfers with , molest or :willfully injure any of the mater
mains or pipes or any fire hydrant or any part or appurtenances oc
the water worksof the Fayetteville water company to turn on wat.: r

rufies and regulations of tho said company .
Section 4 . It is hereby made unlawful for any person
yo take mater from any cock , faucet , hydrant or other aparatus
connected with the said water works either upon his own or upon
the premises of others unless a license shall have been issued
to such person by said Fayetteville ';7atcr Company for such use
of ixater or to some other party covering such use of water by such
person .

(� aaiy provisions of this ordinance shall be adjudged guilty of a
U misdemeanor and fined not to . exceed the sun of tti+ entyfive dollar .
