Be it ordained by the City council of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
Section 1 . That after tie passage of' this ordinance
it s:lall . be th duty of the ( ) when he has drawn a

and his official title .
Section 2 . That hereai'ter no warrant drawn on the

Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in effect
