An ordinance to prevent the owners or keepers of jacks or stallions
from standing and letting same to mares or jannetts within sight of
any private residence or hoarin thereof within the corporate limits
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
Be it ordained by the City council of the City of Fayetteville
Arkansas ,
Sedtion 1 . That hereafter it shall be unlawful forothe owners
iS 1 �1 Y�Jor keepers of jacks or stallions to stand or let same to any mare
or jennstt within the sight or hearing of any private residence or within
view of any street or public grounds within the corporate limits of
said City, so as to be indecent and offensive to the public .
Section 2 . That any person violating this ordinance shall upon
conviction be fined for each offense the sum of five dollars .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in force from and after
its publication.
