An o ^dinance prescribing the punishment to be imposed for a
violation of the bytaws and ordinances cf the City .
Be it ordained by the City council of the City of Payette.

1� Section 1 . That for all violations of� any bylaw or ordi -
�naJ an, d
e of said City , the offender shall upon conviction thereof ,
where it is not oth-erwise provided be fined in• any sum not less than
five dollars nor more than twenty five dollars .
Section 2 . That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict, with this ordin -Ince be and the s me are herebv rennaled
and that this ordinance shall be in force from and after its pas -
sage anti publication .
