An ordinance providing that offenders against City ordinances shall
be im•orisored until the fine and costs shall be paid ,
Be it ordained by the City council of the City of Fayette-
ville , Arkansas ,
Section 1 . That in all cases when a fine shall be imposed
J/ upon any per-) on for a violation o ;. any ordinance or. ordinances of
the City , and the same is not paid , the party convicted shall b^��or-
ier of the ' 1 in writing , be committed until such fine a d
costs of prosecution shall be paid, or the Darty discharged by due
course of law . 1
Section 2 . That in all. cases _provided for in the foregoing
�y section it shall be the duty of the " _ t0 reqDth
