Re it ordained by the City council of Fivet '. eville , Arkansas ^
j , Section 1 . That, it shall be unlawful for any minor or person

rail road eom_? any to enter upon any railroad train , exi ine or ca.
boose or to hang or swim; thereto with his hands or to hold on to
any such train , engine or caboose whAn the same shall be in motion
on :i .rail road track . within the cor•)orate limits of the City
aforesaid .
iL) Section 2 . That every -person viollting this ordinanoe shall
` upon nonviotion thereof be fined in dny sum not excei3ding ten ( 1o)
dollars .
