A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE OF O.3I ACRE OF
CITY OWNED LAKE SEQUOYAH PROPERTY LOCATED
NORTH OF LAKE SEQUOYAH DRIVE AND WEST OF LAKE
SEQUOYAH SPUR ROAD, TO BILLY JOE AND BETTY F.
COLLINS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $620; AND APPROVING A
WARRANTY DEED FOR PROPERTY LINE ADruSTMENT
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section l. That the City Council hereby approves the sale of 0.31 acre of city owned
Lake Sequoyah property located north of Lake Sequoyatr Drive and west of Lake Sequoyah Spur
Road, to Billy Joe and Betty F. Collins, in the amount of $620; and authorizes the Mayor and City
Clerk to execute a waranty deed for property line adjustment purposes. A copy of the warranty
deed is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

THAT the CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, a municipalcor-
poration, hereinafter called GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar (S1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto Billy Joe Collins and Betty F. Collins, husband and wife, hereinafter
called GRANTEE, and unto Grantee's successors and assigns, the following
described land situated in the County of Washington, State of Arkansas, to-wit:
A part of the Northeast Ouafter (NE%) of the Southeast Ouarter (SEl/r) of Section Seventeen (17),
Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Twenty-nine (29) West, being more particularly described as
follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said 40 acre tract; thence North 00o 02' 17"
East 775.50 teet 147 rods) along the East line of said forty acre tract to a set iron pin for the true Point
of Beginning; thence South 76o 15' 20" West 339.78 feet to a sot iron pin at a point North 00o 02'
17" East 693.00 feet and North 89o 4'l' 36" West 330.00 feet from the Southeast corner of said 40
acre tracu thence North 00o 02' 17" East 82.50 feet (5 rodsl to a set iron pin; thence South 89o 41'
36" East 330.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.31 acre, more or less, Washington
County, Arkansas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said lands and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Grantee anc
Grantee's successors and assigns, forsver. And the said Grantor, hereby covenants that it is lawfully seized of saic
lands and premises; that the same is unencumbered, and that the Grantor will forever warrant and defend the title tc
