HomeMy WebLinkAbout80-97 RESOLUTION1r SCANNEDRESOLUTION NO. 80-97 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE OF O.3I ACRE OF CITY OWNED LAKE SEQUOYAH PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF LAKE SEQUOYAH DRIVE AND WEST OF LAKE SEQUOYAH SPUR ROAD, TO BILLY JOE AND BETTY F. COLLINS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $620; AND APPROVING A WARRANTY DEED FOR PROPERTY LINE ADruSTMENT PURPOSES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section l. That the City Council hereby approves the sale of 0.31 acre of city owned Lake Sequoyah property located north of Lake Sequoyatr Drive and west of Lake Sequoyah Spur Road, to Billy Joe and Betty F. Collins, in the amount of $620; and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a waranty deed for property line adjustment purposes.
