A RESOLUTION REVERSING THE DECISION OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION TO ALLOW LINDSEY
MANAGEMENT COMPANY, [NC. TO PROCEED WITH THE
LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT OF MEADOW BROOK
APARTMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKAITISAS:
Section l. The City Council hereby reverses the decision of the Plaruring Commission
to allow Lindsey Management Company, Inc. to proceed with the large scale development of
Meadow Brook Apartments. A copy of the plat is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof.
