A RESOLUTION AWARDING STATE CONTRACT NO. ST-98-
0174 TO NORTH POINT FORD, FOR ITEM NO. 9, IN THE
AMOUNT OF$20,241 PER UNIT TO PURCHASE TWELVE 1998
FORD CROWN VICTORIA POLICE INTERCEPTOR-4 DOOR .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby awards State Contract No. ST-98-0174 to
North Point Ford, for Item No. 9, in the amount of$20,241 per unit, to purchase twelve 1998 Ford
Crown Victoria Police Interceptor-4 door. A ofthe bid tabulation is attached hereto marked.
