RESOLUTION NO. 102-97
A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE APPLICATION OF
AMERICAN EAGLE FOR AN EXEMPTION FROM THE HIGH
DENSITY SLOT RULE TO INITIATE NON-STOP REGIONAL
JET SERVICE FROM CHICAGO O'HARE AIRPORT TO
FAYETTEVILLE DRAKE FIELD.
WHEREAS, the citizens of the City of Fayetteville and the surrounding region would be
benefitted by the proposed American Eagle non-stop jet to Chicago.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby supports the application of
American Eagle for an exemption from the high density slot rule to initiate non-stop regional jet
service from Chicago O'Hare Airport to Fayetteville Drake Field.
