A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT IN
THE $400,00 TO INCREASE FUNDS FOR THE IN-HOUSE
PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves a budget adjustment in the amount of
$400,000 increasing Street Improvements, Acct. No. 4470 9470 5809 00, Project No. 97022 by
decreasing Easements,Acct. No. 4470 9470 5810 00, Project No. 96046 and Street Improvements,
Acct. No. 4470 9470 5809 00,Project 97026. A copy of the budget adjustment is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
