BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves a cost sharing agreement in an amount not to exceed cost of$30,715, with Julian and Jane Archer, developers of Bois D'Arc Subdivision to provide storm sewer improvements.
