RESOLUTION NO. 8 6-97
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COST SHARING
AGREEMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED COST OF
$30,715,WITH JULIAN AND JANE ARCHER,DEVELOPERS OF
BOIS D'ARC SUBDIVISION TO PROVIDE STORM SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves a cost sharing agreement in an
amount not to exceed cost of$30,715, with Julian and Jane Archer, developers of Bois D'Arc
Subdivision to provide storm sewer improvements. A copy of the agreement is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
