BE IT RESOLYED BY TIIE CITY COTJNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF FAYETTEYILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the Ciry Council hereby authorizes the Parks and Recreation Division to apply for $50,000.00 (50/50 matching funds) from the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism Outdoor Recreation Grants Program for the replacement of unsafe playground equipment at Walker Park. A copy of the Grant Application is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
