A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE MODIFICATION
WITH THE CURRENT FIXED BASE OPERATOR, AEROTECH
SERVICES, INC., D/B/A FAYETTEVILLE AIR SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves a lease modification with the current
fixed base operator, AeroTech Services, Inc., d/b/a Fayetteville Air Service to extend the lease
for one year with compensation to be adjusted per CPI according to the lease. A copy of the lease
modification is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

MODIFICATION OF LEASE AGREEMENT
This AGREEMENT is made this I$f li day of Mna rcA , 1997, by and between the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, hereinafter called "Lessor", with Aerotech Services Inc. dba Fayetteville Air Services,
hereinafter called "lessee", the terms of which shall become effective April 1, 1997.
WHEREAS,Lessor and Fayetteville Air Service,entered into a Lease Agreement January 22, 1985,which
lease has been modified by subsequent agreements; and,
WHEREAS, the parties desire to further modify the aforesaid Lease Agreement
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES MUTUALLY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The first paragraph of said lease is hereby modified to read:
This LEASE AND FIXED BASE OPERATOR'S CONTRACT is executed on this
22nd day of January , 1985, between the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, hereinafter called
the "City" and Aerotech Services Inc. dba Fayetteville Air Service, hereinafter called the "Fixed
Base Operator" (FBO).
2. Number 3 of said lease is hereby modified to read:
TERM. Subject to earlier termination as hereinafter provided, the term of this lease shall be for
a period of one (1) year commencing on April 1, 1997 and shall end on March 31, 1998.
If, upon termination of this lease, the FBO continues to occupy the demised premises, a
tenancy from month-to-month shall be deemed in effect,which tenancy may be cancelled by either
party by giving thirty (30) days written notice.
3. All provisions of the lease are incorporated herein and are hereby modified to conform
herewith but in all other respects are to be and shall continue in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Modification of Lease on the
day and year first above written.
