A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID NO. 97-33, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $324,494 TO WILLIAMS FORD TRACTOR, FOR
ITEMS NO. 1 AND 2, TRACTOR/BACKHOE/LOADERS, AND
A TRADE ALLOWANCE OF $67,000 FOR ITEMS NO. 3, 4
AND 5, FOR A NET COST OF $257,494. THE EQUIPMENT
WILL BE USED BY THE FAYETTEVILLE WATER/SEWER
MAINTENANCE DIVISION, SIDEWALK & TRAILS
DIVISION, POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT, AND STREET
MAINTENANCE DIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. That the City Council hereby awards Bid No. 97-33, in the amount of
5324,494, to Williams Ford Tractor, for items no. 1 and 2, tactorlbackhoe/loaders, and a trade
allowance of $67,000 for items no. 3,4 md 5, for a net cost of $257,494. The
tractor/backhoe/loaders will be used by the Fayetteville Water/Sewer Maintenance Division,
Sidewalk & Trails Division, Pollution Control Plant, and Street Maintenance Division. A copy
of the bid tabulation is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
