RESOLUTION NO. 43_97
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF WATER
AND SEWER SERVICE TO A TRACT OF LAND IN THE
FAYETTEVILLE SOUTH INDUSTRIAL PARK AT A COST
NOT TO EXCEED $20,000, AS REQUESTED BY THE
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, ON BEHALF OF PANELS BY
MIKEY, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE CITY COI]NCIL OF TIIE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKAITISAS:
Section l That the City Council hereby approves extending water and sewer service
to a tract of land in the Fayetteville South Industrial Park at a cost not to exceed $20,000 as
requested by the Chamber of Commerce on behalf of Panels by Mikey, Inc.
