A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE GREENSPACE LAND
REQUIREMENT AND ACCEPTING MONEY IN LIEU OF
LAND FOR THE PROPOSED MEADOW BROOKS
APARTMENTS LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE CITY COTJNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section l. That the City Council hereby waives the land requirement for greenspace
for the proposed Meadow Brooks Apartments Large Scale Development and hereby accepts the
money in lieu (in the amount of $23,040). A copy of the Meadow Brooks Apartments plan is
attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
