5. Consider Police Department’s request to alter the eligibility standards for promotion to
rank of Captain under Section 2:02(e) of the Civil Service Rules & Regulations
6. Consider Corporal Matthew Kamillos’ request to be deemed eligible to test for the rank
of Sergeant
