1. Water & Sewer Rate Study and Impact Fee Study Presentation
STAFF REQUESTS THIS BE FORWARDED TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR CONSIDERATION
FOR APPROVAL
2. Tommie Flowers Cost Share Update
The City entered into a cost share agreement with Tommie Flowers for a waterline extension to
develop property on East Rock Street in November of 2024 (Res. 278-24). The existing
waterline ends before fronting the properties, making water service inaccessible.
This updated cost share request is being requested due to a number of reasons, including an
unsuccessful attempt to coordinate utilities with other developers who have a project on the
opposing side of the alley from this project. The time delay has caused the project cost to
increase.
